1. Who we are
This website is operated by Tech in Ltd (BRN I20001822) (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of your personal data under the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius. You can contact us by email coco@gmail.com, WhatsApp +23052752844, phone 52752844.
2. What we collect
- This website has no user accounts. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, phone number and/or email, your message and your choices (topic, product, how to reply), with the date of your consent. We use them only to reply to you.
- When you tap WhatsApp, call or email, you contact us directly. We then receive your name, phone number or email and your message, and use them only to answer you and handle your order.
- We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels. We only count the number of visits and WhatsApp clicks, without identifying you.
- For security, the hosting server may briefly record technical data such as your IP address.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your requests, take and deliver your orders, and keep this website secure — based on your request, the steps needed for a contract, and our legitimate interest in security (section 28 of the DPA 2017). We never sell your data.
4. Who processes it
- Exeqia Technology Ltd (Mauritius) hosts this website for us as a processor, with encrypted storage and secure access.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles WhatsApp messages under its own privacy policy, and may process data outside Mauritius.
5. How long we keep it
Contact form messages are deleted automatically after 12 months, or earlier on request. Order details are kept only as long as needed for your request and any period required by law (for example accounting rules).
6. Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 2017 you can ask to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us by email coco@gmail.com, WhatsApp +23052752844, phone 52752844. We answer within one month. You may also complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius — dataprotection.govmu.org.
7. Security
This website uses HTTPS encryption, strict security headers and no third-party trackers. We will never ask for your passwords, OTP codes or card PIN. If you receive such a request in our name, do not reply and report it.
8. Children
We do not knowingly process the personal data of children under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
